Application conditions and required documents for the Master`s program

Application Form: To be filled in http://onkayit.karatekin.edu.tr/ web address. (After completing the application form, please press the confirmation button.)

Note: Diploma and transcript documents will not be uploaded to the system by students, and graduation information will be obtained from YÖKSİS.

1. To have a minimum score of 2.00 out of 4 coefficients of the Undergraduate Graduation GPA or an equivalent score out of 100 full marks.

2. The undergraduate graduation grade will be entered. (If there is no equivalent of 100 in the transcript, add the equivalent of YÖK to the system.)

3. The photograph (JPEG) taken in the last six months will be scanned and uploaded to the system. (As the photos to be uploaded will be used in the student information system, passport photos will be uploaded. The uploads of the shots made with a phone, camera, tablet etc. will not be accepted and will not be evaluated.)

4. The documents to be uploaded must be uploaded to the system via the browser as a maximum of 5 Mb. The system does not accept more.

5. Grades will be drawn from YÖKSİS data system and evaluated accordingly. Those who do not have a YÖKSİS registration must register to the YÖKSİS information system from the university they graduated from. Since the evaluations will be made according to the 100-point system, the candidates with a 4-grade score will be evaluated according to the equivalent of the YÖK`s 100-point score.

6. ALES result will be withdrawn from OSYM. ALES score must be at least 55 points in the acceptance type of the program and must have been obtained within the last 5 (five) years.

7. In order to complete the application, the approval of the Institute is required. The application information of the candidates (Pre-Registration) will be checked by the Graduate School and the applications with complete uploaded documents will be approved by the Graduate School. Approval message will be sent to the candidates. Students who have been approved by the Institute must check the system again and check the accuracy of their approved information from the Pre-registration application form for their Diploma Grade and Ales Score.

8. Candidates who graduated from a University abroad; They are required to submit the notarized Turkish version of the YÖK Equivalency Certificate and Transcript.

The documents uploaded to the system must be approved and fully legible. Otherwise, the application process will be considered invalid.

Documents Required for Final Registration


1. The original or certified copy of the diploma or temporary graduation certificate,
2. The original or certified copy of the transcript,
3. 1 passport size photo (Send with JPG extension),
4. Copy of identity card,
5. Original Military Status Document for male students (obtained within the last 1 month from the Head of the Military Service Branch or the e-Government system). The original of the discharge certificate for those who have done their military service.
6. Final Registration Information Form (Application form on our institute website will be filled.)
